Note that if a contract is terminated, if the other party is not willing to accept the termination, but has found that it has violated a substantial part of the contract, you have reason to terminate the contract for other reasons. Legal compensation related to the termination of an employment contract (i.e. severance pay and severance pay) does not in principle apply to valid termination contracts. A redundancy contract gives employees time to develop their next stage of employment. It is a less abrupt form of resignation than getting the famous pink note.
