You can transfer your membership online with just a few clicks, starting here (you need your Planet Fitness keytag number). Some of the things to remember before your transfer: you must have been a member of one place for at least ninety days, you must have a monthly (non-annual) membership and you may not owe any dues or overdue fees to your current club. We hate to see you go! But if you have to, the process is simple. You can fill out a cancellation form at the reception of your home club or send a letter (preferably by authenticated mail) to your club requesting cancellation. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled by email or phone. Please note that your cancellation request is subject to all obligations arising from your membership agreement.
