On February 8, the company announced that it had signed an OLED evaluation agreement with Kunshan Govisionox Optoelectronics, a Chinese manufacturer of AMOLED. IHS says this will lead to „unprecedented changes in flat screens.“ Both LG and Samsung believe that flexible screens will account for up to 40% of the smartphone maker by 2018. The announcement by the manufacturer of universal light emitting diode (OLED) technology to have colored an agreement with the display unit of Samsung Electronics (005930.Korea), its largest customer, is positive, but not everything the company needs this morning, according to a statement from Hendi Susanto of Gabelli and Co.
